Workout's over the brake will start at 315 at or around CSUN, this is NOT a mandatory, but I would advise you to come, also there may be a pool work out (at a indoor pool) the first week of Feb. In weather like this you should have "Cold Gear", to work out in, like Nike cold gear and what not! Just like what I have on in the photos.
